Qualification
Required
BS degree in Business or a related discipline
Minimum of 7 years' experience in regional retail branch management
Experience in sales, business development, credit, retail banking, consumer and small business lending
Superior customer service skills
Strategic planning experience
Operations experience in a banking environment
Technically savvy
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google
Willingness to travel to assigned financial centers on a regular basis
