Administrative Assistant

Point Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage based in downtown Mansfield, Texas, serving the greater DFW area. The Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the brokerage by providing administrative and transaction support for real estate purchases, leases, and listings.

Responsibilities

Assist with client transactions from contract to close
Deliver superior client support throughout the transaction process
Help ensure files, timelines, and documentation are accurate and organized
Handle scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining databases and records, organizing files, and completing data entry
Support marketing efforts and provide administrative assistance to Realtors within the brokerage
Welcome clients, answer phone calls, and coordinate office supplies and office logistics
Occasional local travel may be required for real estate-related tasks

Required

Proficiency in administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence management, data entry, and database maintenance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage transaction files, maintain accurate records, and support office logistics in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide superior client support throughout real estate transactions
Familiarity with office software and tools such as Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), CRM systems, and other real estate or marketing platforms
Ability to support real estate transactions for purchases, leases, and listings, ensuring deadlines and documentation are properly tracked
Comfort assisting with basic marketing tasks and administrative support for Realtors within the brokerage
Strong time management skills, flexibility with changing daily priorities, and a high level of self-initiative
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to complete occasional local travel for real estate-related tasks
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Previous experience in a real estate office or similar professional environment is a plus
Additional certifications in administration or real estate are beneficial
