Support high-stakes business litigation matters across industries
Contribute to discovery, including taking and defending depositions
Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings
Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies
Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
1+ years of substantive litigation experience
Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork
