GEO Sales Manager

Frenzelit Inc. is a manufacturer specializing in gaskets and thermal energy management products. They are seeking a GEO Sales Manager to manage and develop business for powertrain and industrial gaskets, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing customer solutions.

Responsibilities

Manages and develops business for powertrain and industrial gaskets, thermal insulation materials, sheet and roll gasket materials, fire protection and expansion joints. Customers include OEM’s and distribution partners
Responsible for hitting or exceeding the territory budget in both revenue and profit
Prospects for new clients in assigned territory and growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in USA and Frenzelit locations world-wide to deliver customer solutions
Interpret technical drawings of customer applications
Own RFQ process from assessment of capabilities to managing stakeholder responsibilities required to complete the process
Maintains or exceeds KPI’s in customer contact, opportunity development and closure, meeting notes and actions, territory growth, etc. updated daily into a CRM
Prepare and present technical presentations to both small and large customer audiences
Coach and train other sales team members on your field of expertise
Travel outside of territory for multi-location clients that require one-face to customer approach
Efficiently manages opportunities and customer support while operating within a travel budget
Knowledge of PPAP and or FAI process requirements
Trade show and industry association participation

Required

At least five years of sales experience in one or more of the following categories: gaskets and gasket materials, gasket fabrication and distribution, thermal insulation and technical textiles, expansion joints
Sales experience with both OEM's and distribution partners
Able to travel up to 60% of the time, overnight travel included
Proficient in MS office, CRM and ERP platforms
Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch
Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 20 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs
Valid driver's license and passport, occasional international travel
Demonstrated data and market analytical skills
