Create a supportive classroom culture that encourages active participation, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives
Adapt teaching methods and materials to support a wide range of learners, including students with special needs and English language learners
Utilize various formative and summative assessment strategies to evaluate student learning and provide timely, constructive feedback to support academic development
Implement effective behavior management techniques to ensure a structured, respectful, and engaging learning environment that promotes student success
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, or a closely related field is required
Proficient in a variety of teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and educational technologies that enhance student engagement and support academic success
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
Strong commitment to creating an inclusive, equitable, and supportive learning environment that promotes the academic and personal growth of all students
Preferred
Masters degree preferred
Minimum of one years of recent high school teaching experience in psychology, with a demonstrated record of instructional effectiveness
