Responsibilities
Architect and continuously improve Boost Mobile’s innovation pipeline - ensuring we capture big ideas with big impact
Design, refine, and optimize processes and tools to keep our innovation system fast, efficient, and high-performing
Oversee the entire innovation funnel, ensuring that ideas progress smoothly through structured stage-gates and are aligned with Boost Mobile’s strategic goals
Partner with our business divisions and external technology firms to evaluate early-stage ideas, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes for potential application to Boost Mobile’s consumer market
Define, track, and report on key innovation performance metrics, ensuring leadership understands progress, challenges, and successes
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and operations teams to bring innovation ideas to life in a way that benefits Boost Mobile’s consumers
Showcase successes with engaging newsletters, reports, and presentations to ensure leadership and cross-functional teams stay informed and engaged
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or advanced degree (ie Master's or Doctorate) from an accredited college or university required
10+ years of program management experience managing consumer-facing innovation programs from concept to launch
5+ years of experience building and managing an innovation pipeline, and designing proprietary KPIs to track overall health of innovation
5+ years of experience presenting complex programs and strategic insights to C-suite executives and senior leadership with clarity and influence
You don't just execute projects - you architect innovation engines that drive real business impact; you see the big picture and know how to build structured systems that fuel future growth
You have experience managing and optimizing innovation funnels, tracking what works, and ensuring that high-impact ideas don't fall through the cracks
You don't rely on intuition alone; you love to measure; you track key innovation KPIs, measure progress at every stage, and make insightful, data-backed recommendations to leadership
You know how to sell the story of innovation, rallying cross-functional teams, gaining executive buy-in, and keeping stakeholders engaged in the process
You're not just about ideas- you drive execution; you know how to align teams, enforce stage-gates, and push concepts toward real-world implementation
You excel at working with product, engineering, and strategy teams, ensuring innovation efforts translate into real consumer impact; you're a force multiplier, not a silo
You aren't slowed down by challenges; they energize you; you thrive in ambiguity and have the grit, creativity, and drive to navigate complex problems and deliver results
Preferred
MBA is strongly preferred
PMP certification is preferred, or equivalent experience in managing large, complex programs across business units and shared service groups
