Responsibilities
Represent major companies and creators in the entertainment, media, and technology sectors
Handle innovative legal issues involving film, television, streaming platforms, digital content, and emerging technologies such as AI
Lead and support key litigation functions, including discovery, research, writing, motion practice, and strategic case development
Assist with counseling and advisory matters for prominent industry clients
Work collaboratively with partners, fellow associates, and junior team members
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of litigation experience
Strong brief-writing and analytical skills
Experience handling complex matters, including discovery and motion work
Admission to the California Bar
Preferred
Experience in media, entertainment, or IP litigation is helpful but not required
