Represent a diverse group of clients across the U.S. and internationally including in the hospitality and healthcare sectors
Draft and analyze legal documents
Collaborate with attorneys both locally and across the firm regardless of assigned office
Communicate with clients in private equity, investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITs, financial institutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3yrs experience in complex real transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A and financings
Strong academic credentials
Excellent analytical, drafting skills and organizational skills
Associates in this role will understand and appreciate the business of real estate investing
Capable of taking on significant responsibility
