Entry-Level Attorney (Labor & Employment)
Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a young and ambitious law firm specializing in plaintiff-side labor and employment law. They are seeking newly admitted attorneys who are passionate about labor and employment law and eager to develop their careers in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Assist senior attorneys in preparing and managing labor and employment cases
Participate in client meetings, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions
Stay current with legal trends and regulations in labor and employment law
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the California State Bar (recently admitted attorneys welcome)
Strong interest in plaintiff labor and employment law (Wage and Hour, Discrimination and Harassment, Retaliation, Workplace Safety, wrongful termination, FEHA, Whistleblower, etc)
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
