Qualification
Required
Previous experience in family law practice
The ideal candidate will have exceptional legal writing and research skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft persuasive motions, legal memoranda, and correspondence in high-conflict family law matters
Experience conducting case law research, preparing court filings, and supporting litigation strategy is essential
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidates should be comfortable appearing in court, handling motion hearings, case conferences, and other proceedings independently or under the guidance of senior attorneys
