Handle development, financing, and transaction components of major renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects
Manage small to mid-sized matters and key workstreams on larger matters
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, consultants, and third parties
Work collaboratively within a high-performing real estate and energy practice group
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of real estate transactional experience
JD from an accredited law school and active California bar membership
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and thrive in a team environment
Preferred
Experience with renewable energy, energy storage, and/or transmission projects strongly preferred
Large law firm experience is preferred, though candidates from strong boutique real estate practices will also be considered
