Responsibilities
Independently manage the candidate preboarding journey after offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
Ensure all candidates complete required pre-employment compliance documentation, including regulatory and job-specific requirements
Serve as the central point of communication, effectively liaising with Talent Acquisition recruiters, TA leadership, and facility HR teams regarding candidate preboarding status and progress
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent practical professional experience
Minimum of one (1) year of professional HR or Talent Acquisition experience
