Collection Specialist Manager
JC Law is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Collection Specialist Manager to oversee and manage client accounts due and accounts receivable. The role involves leading a team, developing strategies to enhance payment recovery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management: Mentor, train, and supervise a team of client account managers, overseeing their daily activities and performance
Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to enhance collection rates, reduce outstanding accounts receivable, and optimize the overall collection process
Oversight of the Collection Process: Manage the collection of legal services rendered, monitor balances, and ensure timely payments through both inbound and outbound calls
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on collection activities, account statuses, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Problem Resolution: Serve as an escalation point for account managers to address billing discrepancies and disputes for resolution
Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients while resolving payment issues
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency of collection methods
Manage client files and achieve collection targets
Apply financial concepts to optimize collection processes
Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette during client interactions
Qualification
Required
Skilled and experienced in managing client accounts due and accounts receivable
Ability to lead a team of client account managers
Experience in developing strategies to enhance the recovery of outstanding payments
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to collections
Ability to manage the collection process effectively
Experience in mentoring and training staff
Ability to resolve complex account issues
Experience in generating performance reports
Ability to collaborate with various departments to minimize delinquency
Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients
Experience in applying financial concepts to optimize collection processes
Excellent phone etiquette during client interactions
