Handle all aspects of product liability litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Work on complex, high-profile product liability and mass tort matters for national and global clients
Collaborate with a deeply experienced team of litigators on strategic case development
Manage complex litigation matters efficiently and with attention to detail
Qualification
Required
3+ years of product liability or equivalent litigation experience
Excellent academic credentials and references
Strong written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented & highly organized
able to manage complex litigation matters
