INTEGRIS Health is Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, and they are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Home Health team in Oklahoma City. The role involves coordinating office activities, managing communications, and maintaining records to support exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
Maintains confidentiality of patient information
Answers incoming calls and forwards to appropriate staff person or takes a message if the person is not available
Manages incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail
Performs typing, faxing and coping tasks as requested for various staff persons
Inputs data into computer for billing purposes
Responsible for assisting with audits as directed by the System Administrator
Maintains mailing lists of employees, patients, Medical Directors, physicians and contractors and forwards any changes to the System Office
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate
Knowledge of office machines
Knowledge of telephone skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
Preferred
Prefer secretarial and computer background
Data entry experience preferred
