Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
Follow up consistently with inbound leads via calls, emails, and text messages
Identify and convert opportunities across warm and cold pipelines
Work company-generated leads from paid ads, cold email systems, referral partners, trade shows, and outbound initiatives
Run discovery calls and act as a consultant for mid-size companies
Sell digital advertising solutions across Facebook, Google, email, and creative campaigns
Leverage existing creative assets including video and static ads
Write, present, and close customized proposals
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close
Manage and prioritize your pipeline with organization and urgency
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
Take ownership of performance, revenue, and results
Qualification
Required
Experience in digital advertising or performance-driven sales
A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
Comfort working in a performance-based compensation environment
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Experience working with mid-size companies
Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales workflows
Consistency, follow-through, and a results-focused approach
