Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that comply with all regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and outcomes
Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in nursing practice
Qualification
Required
Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California
Required 1 year Medicare Based Home Health Leadership experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
