Integrate customer service and self-pay collection activities across providing a single point of contact, a single patient billing statement and increased transparency to guarantors, thereby improving the patient collection process and patient financial experience
The manager is responsible for fostering a culture of superior patient financial experience through modeling of the Baptist Core Values with empathy and compassion
Qualification
Required
10 years progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience
minimum of 5-year leadership experience in lieu of degree
