Illuminus is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living management company dedicated to serving older adults and families throughout the Midwest. The Payroll and Benefits Assistant will provide support in employee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate processing and responding to inquiries.

Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees
Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Updating and maintaining employee records related to payroll and benefits
Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance
Assisting with the preparation of reports related to payroll and benefits
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent time-management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Payroll and benefits experience
Knowledge of timekeeping system and payroll software
Proficiency with Word processing and spreadsheet knowledge
