Meet with potential clients, book and detail events
Develop creative food & beverage concepts tailored to weddings, banquets and special events
Review and optimize current menus, pricing and presentation
Train and guide staff on service standards and best practices
Provide insight into vendor selection, cost control and guest experience improvements
Be aware of compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in food & beverage consulting, banquet management and catering
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Ability to lift trays and extended times on feet
