Responsibilities
Hands-On Trial Work: Average of two trials per year—this is a firm that doesn't shy away from the courtroom
Mission-Driven Practice: Over 70% of the caseload involves plaintiff tort work against exploitative landlords. Make a real impact on housing justice
Growth and Mentorship: Direct mentorship from a trial attorney with proven success, including a $2M verdict in a toxic tort case
Diverse Litigation: Handle cases involving personal injury, catastrophic injuries, toxic exposures, class actions, employment, and real estate disputes
Path to Leadership: Transparent partnership track with long-term growth built into the role
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of civil litigation experience (more welcome!)
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Strong courtroom presence and a passion for trial work
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in becoming a partner
Preferred
Familiarity with toxic torts or housing-related litigation is a plus
