Responsibilities
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and management of occupational and non-occupational illnesses/injuries
Conduct health hazard assessments, surveillance, and case management
Promote health and safety through education and prevention programs
Support return-to-work and compliance initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
Active New Hampshire LPN license (Compact accepted)
BLS (AHA) certification required
1–2 years of healthcare experience (Occupational Health preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
