Regional Parking Manager
Talnt is seeking a District Manager for Parking and Valet Operations, a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multi-campus operations in a healthcare environment. This role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, client relations, and team leadership across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily parking garage and valet operations across multiple facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service excellence
Manage full financial oversight including budgets, profit and loss statements, revenue analysis, expense control, and cost reduction initiatives
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain managers, supervisors, valet staff, enforcement personnel, and support teams
Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion
Maintain strong client and customer relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive service management
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures related to revenue control, cash handling, accounts receivable, and internal controls
Oversee scheduling, staffing plans, and labor management to align with operational demands and budgetary targets
Direct facility maintenance, equipment functionality, signage accuracy, and traffic flow optimization across all locations
Manage special events, construction impacts, and parking displacement by coordinating staffing, logistics, and operational plans
Implement marketing, pricing, and operational strategies to maximize revenue, reduce shrinkage, and enhance customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as both a Garage Manager and Valet Manager within parking operations or transportation services
Demonstrated success managing multi-site parking or valet operations with full financial and operational accountability
Strong knowledge of parking revenue control systems, cash handling procedures, and accounts receivable management
Experience reviewing and managing profit and loss statements, budgets, payroll, and operational expenses
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage diverse teams in fast-paced environments
Excellent customer service, client relations, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Preferred
Experience managing parking and valet operations in a healthcare or hospital campus setting
Familiarity with parking technology systems, access control equipment, and revenue optimization tools
Experience overseeing contract parking programs and corporate account management
Background in safety audits, risk management, and security protocols for parking facilities
Participation in professional parking or transportation industry associations
