Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care, including preventive services, acute care, chronic disease management, and patient education
Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories
Order, interpret, and act on appropriate diagnostic tests and imaging
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
Collaborate with clinical care teams, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioural health providers, and support staff
Document clinical encounters and care plans accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record (EHR)
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic operational planning
Qualification
Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
Completion of residency training in relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, OB/GYN, or other)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in specialty
Active and unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain license
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-cantered care
Preferred
Experience with EHR systems
