This role oversees the full lifecycle of ADS’s application portfolio and ensures a strategic roadmap aligned to business objectives and IT standards.

Responsibilities
Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing, inclusive applications support team
Lead and sequence a portfolio of projects and enhancements to maximize business value
Maintain and own the application roadmap, including release planning, integrations, and environment strategies
Establish and govern application configuration standards, data integrity practices, and compliance controls
Align with infrastructure, security, data, and BI teams to ensure integrated and secure solutions
Partner with enterprise architecture to drive standardization, reduce technical debt, and support scalable design patterns
Ensure 'keep the lights on' (KTLO) performance, monitor application health, and lead or support root cause analyses
Oversee major incidents and problem management activities for accountable applications
Manage relationships with MSPs and SaaS solution providers to ensure high‑quality service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field
5–8+ years of experience in enterprise applications (ERP, SCM, CRM, Web, or domain‑specific platforms)
3+ years of experience leading teams (analysts, developers, project managers), including remote team leadership
Broad experience across cloud applications, custom development, and deployment environments
Experience managing multiple concurrent enhancements or projects in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with ITIL‑aligned service management practices
Ability to work occasional after‑hours support and travel as needed
Proven people‑leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Strong technical foundation and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication skills, including executive‑level presentation capability
High analytical, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making abilities
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
Business relationship management (BRM) and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑growth, dynamic environment
