Responsibilities
Support a Partner handling complex transactional and regulatory matters
Draft, proofread, and format agreements, resolutions, and related documents
Prepare and manage closing binders and execution packets
Coordinate communications with tribal governments, agencies, and outside parties
Manage calendars, meetings, and deadlines
Organize due diligence materials and maintain matter files
Handle expense reports, administrative tasks, and travel logistics
Qualification
Required
7+ years of legal support experience
Drafting, formatting, and proofreading transactional documents, agreements, resolutions, memoranda, and correspondence
Preparing signature packets, deal documents, and closing binders
Supporting partners or senior attorneys in transactional, regulatory, or government-facing practices
Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings with clients and agencies
Strong document management and attention to detail
Stable work history and ability to handle shifting priorities
Transactional, corporate, regulatory, government, or real estate practice experience
Strong document-handling and organization skills
Preferred
Experience working with government agencies or regulatory matters
Exposure to finance, leasing, economic development, or commercial transactions
