15+ years of experience in construction management or project management, with a focus on transportation projects
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California

Caltrans Right of Way experience
Proven ability to write winning proposals and deliver compelling client presentations
Demonstrated success in leading efforts to secure new work
