This fully remote position is limited to candidates residing in Southern California, who will manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters and represent clients in various legal proceedings.

Responsibilities
Independently manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
Provide case strategy and regular updates to clients and carriers
Collaborate with partners and staff in a remote environment
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and active California bar license
Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience, with an emphasis on insurance defense preferred
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Must reside in Southern California
