This role emphasizes maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction with every project milestone, while overseeing impactful renewable energy projects in a dynamic and growing industry.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of solar project delivery, including bidding, scheduling, resource allocation, and final construction. Ensure projects adhere to high standards of quality and efficiency
Maintain open communication with architects, engineers, and general contractors to secure consistent client satisfaction and foster strong partnerships
Handle the financial aspects of each project, such as billing, cost tracking, and budget management, to ensure the protection and profitability of Sunshine Renewable Solutions
Lead efforts to address project changes, Requests for Information (RFIs), and scope modifications promptly to maintain project momentum
Oversee project closeout activities, including documentation, recordkeeping, and cost analysis, contributing to a robust construction database and team debriefs
Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and support to field supervision teams, fostering an environment that ensures project success
