Responsibilities
Handling labor and employment litigation matters, including:
Temporary restraining orders and temporary injunction proceedings
Trade secret misappropriation and non-compete litigation
Wage and hour class and collective actions
Single-plaintiff employment litigation
Conducting discovery, motion practice, and legal research
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings
Assisting with trial preparation and participating in settlement conferences and negotiations
Qualification
Required
Approximately 2 years of labor and employment litigation experience
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Experience with discovery and motion practice
Top academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to and good standing with the Texas Bar (required)
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
