Responsibilities
Join a collegial team of 5 physicians and 8 APPs in a physician-led, hospital-employed model
Provide outpatient-only primary care; no OB or pediatrics required
Manage light inpatient rounding (~5 days/month) with no ER or OB call
Customize patient panel toward geriatrics, chronic care, or general adult medicine
Qualification
Required
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or FMOB
Eligible for Iowa licensure
New grads welcome; mentorship available
Interest in rural or community-based practice encouraged
