Responsibilities
Manage daily submittals of drawings, procedures, and project-related documents for all customer purchase orders
Coordinate document packages across multiple departments (Drafting, Engineering, and Quality Control) to ensure alignment with client requirements
Review and verify all project documentation prior to submission to clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Upload and manage all client-facing documentation through designated client portals
Track and record submittal status and responses to ensure timely resubmission or revisions when required
Collaborate closely with PT&P divisions (Bellows, SWECO Fab, and Pipe Shields) to ensure consistent document quality and formatting
Communicate with clients regarding document submittals, status updates, and clarifications to maintain strong working relationships
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in document control or quality administration within a manufacturing or engineering environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF tools
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with engineers, clients, and managers
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
