Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and support technologists, nurses, and clinical staff
Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Manage imaging and interventional radiology equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting
Coordinate scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
Work closely with physicians and clinical leadership to improve patient experience and operational efficiency
Maintain and monitor quality assurance programs
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of healthcare management experience
ARRT certification in good standing
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent healthcare leadership experience)
Experience in radiology, imaging, or interventional radiology strongly preferred
Familiarity with PACS and imaging systems is a plus
