Sparks Group has teamed up with a hospitality client in search of a driven Project Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting construction contracts, vendor administration, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Executive Engineering and Design team
Develop, issue and maintain approvals, service orders, contracts and PO’s
Support management in contract support, financial reporting and documentation for capital budgets
Ensure all project related data is entered into the system timely and accurately
Aid with other assigned tasks/projects and customer inquiries

Required

Minimum of Associates, Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3+ years of related experience, ideally in Hospitality or Design/Construction industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support the staff and management effectively
Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure on tight deadlines

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong knowledge in construction and contract administration or contract support preferred
Intellect Software experience a strong plus!
