The attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving general liability, transportation, personal injury, and catastrophic injury matters, with exposure to all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities
Independently manage complex litigation files from intake through resolution
Handle depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
Collaborate with partners and legal teams across offices
Maintain proactive client communication and provide strategic counsel
Supervise junior attorneys or legal staff as needed
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in California
8+ years of experience in defense litigation—preferably in general liability, personal injury, transportation, or catastrophic injury
Strong writing, organizational, and oral advocacy skills
Client-facing experience and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Preferred
First-chair trial experience
