Responsibilities
Independently manage a docket of exclusive catastrophic and personal injury matters from inception to trial
Manage strategy and key approach to the litigation tactics of a case
Manage budget and project estimated expenses and costs of cases including expert retention and other overhead incurred
Attend depositions, mediation, hearings
Draft complex motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Assess case value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required: Yes
Demonstrated ability to work independently managing high value matters
Trial attendance as 1st chair in cases of high value
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience drafting complex motions
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
Minimum of 4+ managing catastrophic matters plus an additional 3+ years in personal injury matters
