Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Attend trial in CA
Appear remotely for hearings, conferences, and other court proceedings
Perform legal research and draft supporting memoranda
Provide case strategy support and general litigation assistance as needed
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the California Bar
Strong background in defense litigation
Trial experience
Excellent drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently on a contract basis with flexible hours
