Alarm Management Technician
R&D Partners is a national staffing firm specializing in scientific, clinical research, and engineering. They are seeking an Alarm Management Technician to monitor alarm systems, respond to alarms, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities
Monitor the alarm systems in real time, including equipment, environmental, and security alerts
Announces and assess causes of alarms, following established procedures for troubleshooting and escalation
Respond promptly to alarms by conducting site evaluations, executing corrective actions, and documenting incidents
Collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, and quality teams to resolve issues and restore compliant conditions
Maintain and update logs of all alarm events, actions taken, and outcomes for regulatory and quality assurance purposes
Support alarm system testing, calibration, and preventative maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to interpret technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Preferred
Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similarly regulated environment is highly desirable
Working knowledge of alarm systems, facility monitoring, and control equipment (such as SCADA, BMS, EMS, PCS) desired
Understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical safety standards desired
