Engage owners with past-due accounts to understand their financial situation and identify appropriate resolution options

Negotiate settlements, payment plans, and hardship alternatives within established guidelines

Educate owners on available programs, timelines, and required documentation

Prepare and send settlement documentation, track execution, and ensure accurate updates across systems

Monitor payment commitments and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms

Escalate high-risk or complex situations to leadership as needed

Maintain accurate records and prepare daily and weekly performance reports
