In this role, your primary responsibilities will include installing, repairing, and maintaining computer-based control systems for building management across campus, as well as monitoring system performance and conducting regular diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Installing, repairing, and maintaining computer-based control systems for building management across campus
Monitor system performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation
Conducting regular system diagnostics to help prevent downtime
Collaboration with the Physical Facilities department to enhance building efficiency and safety

Qualification

Controls systems experienceProgrammable Logic ControllersDirect Digital ControlBilling Automation SystemsIndustrial environment experienceTroubleshootingLowHigh voltage

Required

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in controls systems
Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems
Experience with Billing Automation Systems
Prior experience working in an industrial or plant environment

Preferred

Troubleshooting experience & being comfortable with low and high voltage
