Responsibilities
Commercial roofing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
Downtown Austin high-rise work, schools, and public/private projects
Complex scopes — metal panels, wall cladding, modular systems
About 80% office / 20% field (you'll be on jobs when it matters, not babysitting a clipboard)
Solid field superintendents already in place
You'll step into a healthy backlog and be trusted to do your job
Qualification
Required
Experience as a commercial roofing Project Manager
Ability to manage commercial roofing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
Experience with complex scopes including metal panels, wall cladding, and modular systems
Ability to communicate effectively with GCs, subs, and owners
Team player who takes ownership and works well without micromanagement
Proficiency in using Procore and Excel
Preferred
Experience with high-rise work and public/private projects
Experience in a privately owned company
Experience in a stable company environment
