ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatrics to provide services within a school setting. This full-time contract position supports students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on delivering speech-language therapy to address various communication needs effectively.

Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
Provide direct therapy services to students across grades 1 through 12
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
Document all services, progress notes, and maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations
Adapt and implement therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students at various developmental stages

Required

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
active SLP license
1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and educational teams
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a contract framework
