Provide the highest level of professionalism, customer service and telephone etiquette to the facility and all visitors
Greet and assist all visitors
Answer the switchboard
Document incoming deliveries
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Provide clerical support as requested
Assist with various clerical duties and projects as assigned
May assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Current CPR, Physical and Verbal Crisis Intervention Certification. Training may be obtained during new hire orientation
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a position requiring contact with the public
Computer and word processing experience
Preferred
Experience operating a telephone console with multiple lines preferred
Experience in the hospital setting preferred
