The Senior Contract Administrator, Corporate and Professional Services, supports the Sourcing function across the full contract lifecycle, responsible for preparing, reviewing, processing, and tracking contracts while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process contracts using approved templates while performing due diligence to ensure compliance with internal policies
Analyze, organize, and maintain contract and supplier data and metadata within contract management systems
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date contract records and supporting documentation
Facilitate contracts through legal review and third-party risk management processes
Analyze, identify, and mitigate potential risks in low-risk and low-dollar contracts in partnership with Legal and internal stakeholders
Negotiate and draft terms for low-risk and low-dollar agreements with internal and external parties
Coordinate contract progress and required information with stakeholders, risk teams, and suppliers through execution
Manage day-to-day contract administration activities, including follow-up on outstanding items
Clean up and maintain supplier contract records, ensuring correct documentation, naming conventions, and correspondence
Ensure contract templates are updated in alignment with Legal guidance and shared with the Procurement team
Process merger and acquisition-related contract notices in coordination with Accounts Payable
Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve contract-related payment issues
Track contract expirations and renewals, ensuring timely action and documentation
Provide audit support and coordinate delivery of requested contract documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience in contract administration, paralegal support, or similar legal or procurement support roles
Working knowledge of contract terms, procurement processes, and third-party risk concepts
Experience supporting Professional Services, Consulting, Marketing, Human Resources, or Facilities contracts
Ability to manage high volumes of complex work with minimal supervision
Ability to respond with urgency to time-sensitive requests
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Information Security teams
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
A strong working knowledge of contracts and relevant terms and the Procurement process, including familiarity with third-party risk concepts
Negotiating and preparing terms of low-risk and/or low-dollar contracts, both with internal and external parties
Previous experience in contract administration, paralegal duties, or similar legal or procurement support roles, ideally within the financial services or insurance industry
Preferred
Experience with Coupa and Archer IRM platforms preferred
Experience with Coupa and Archer IRM platforms highly desired
