Responsibilities
Participate in the monthly closing and reconciliation processes alongside the finance team
Prepare daily cash reports and monitor cash flow
Manage chargeback cases, ensuring thorough research, timely responses, and accurate system updates
Collaborate with accounting, order management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Prepare expense analyses for print production and events to determine proper month-end accruals
Analyze revenue and expense accounts
Perform bank reconciliations
Maintain comprehensive account analysis files for managerial review
Support the annual financial statement audit by preparing schedules and providing requested documentation
Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or relevant internships
Experience with ERP systems required. ie: NetSuite, Concur
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities for professional growth
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Willingness to contribute to administrative tasks that support team efficiency
