Responsibilities

Polish, buff, and finish stone surfaces to meet quality standards

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure high-quality craftsmanship

Operate hand tools and polishing equipment safely and efficiently

Apply sealants and surface treatments as required

Cut, shape, and bend stone materials using CNC machines, saws, and other specialized equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, templates, and technical drawings

Measure and mark materials accurately to ensure precise cuts

Maintain and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance

Programming G-Code

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Assist with loading/unloading and transporting finished pieces as needed

Required

Proven experience in stone countertop fabrication and/or machining

Familiarity with granite, quartz, marble, and other natural/engineered stone materials

Familiarity with ogee and bullnose edges

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and templates

Ability to program G-Code

Skilled in using hand tools, polishing equipment, and CNC machinery

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
