Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Operations Manager, this role provides administrative and operational support across all HR functions
Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, benefits and compensation administration, training support, compliance with employment laws, data reporting, records management, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
The position works closely with managers and HR team members to support staffing needs, employee relations, payroll-related activities, employee recognition, and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience
Additional duties include supporting audits and reports, assisting with HR projects, and performing other related tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Administrative and operational support experience in HR functions
Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
Knowledge of benefits and compensation administration
Familiarity with training support
Understanding of compliance with employment laws
Experience in data reporting and records management
Ability to implement HR policies and procedures
Experience working closely with managers and HR team members
Support for staffing needs and employee relations
Experience with payroll-related activities
Involvement in employee recognition initiatives
Ability to support audits and reports
Experience assisting with HR projects
Ability to perform other related tasks as assigned
