Entry, Mid LevelFoxconn Industrial Internet (FII) is seeking a Project Coordinator who will lead and motivate a team to complete tasks set by higher-level management. This role involves coordinating team activities, monitoring workflow, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment to meet production goals.

Responsibilities
Monitors the project schedule, tracks task progress, and identifies potential delays
Acts as the central liaison, coordinating meetings, agendas, and information flow among team members, clients, and stakeholders
Maintains all project files, records, meeting minutes, and change logs for compliance and reporting
Assists with securing necessary resources, managing purchase orders, and providing general administrative support
Identifies minor issues and potential risks, and promptly escalates significant blockers to the Project Manager for resolution
Monitoring internal project status and providing accurate, up-to-date information to the global PM for each customer project
Participating in daily or weekly operational status meetings as required by each customer

Qualification
Required

Responsible for a wide variety of tasks within a production and warehouse environment
Display critical thinking skills to expand your career in RMA Manufacturing
Coordinate team activities, monitor workflow, and maintain a safe, organized work environment in alignment with company standards and production goals
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure daily KPI's are met
Monitor the project schedule, track task progress, and identify potential delays
Act as the central liaison, coordinating meetings, agendas, and information flow among team members, clients, and stakeholders
