RogueSearch is a well-established bank experiencing significant growth, seeking a confident Financial Advisor to lead its expansion into the Huntsville market. The role involves building relationships with clients and internal teams, managing accounts, and supporting licensed bank employees.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales goals while prioritizing the client’s best interests
Conduct group and one-on-one coaching sessions for bank partners
Host educational seminars to support business development
Cross-offer services like loans, estate planning, and deposit products
Maintain and deepen relationships through consistent follow-up
Act as a role model for doing what’s right for both clients and colleagues
Qualification
Required
Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and life insurance license
Background in financial advisory or wealth management
Active Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and life insurance license
Ability to explain complex financial strategies in simple terms
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of investments, annuities, and holistic financial planning
