Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication
Oversee scheduling management for meetings, appointments, and company events to optimize team productivity
Coordinate vendor management activities, including negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and maintaining supplier relationships
Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities to enhance team performance
Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with employee relations
Organize event planning for company functions, meetings, and community outreach initiatives to foster engagement
Maintain filing systems, perform clerical tasks, and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Assist with budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports for management review
Manage office supplies inventory and oversee vendor services to ensure operational efficiency

Required

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment

Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, employee records management, and training programs

Preferred

Familiarity with engineering office management is a plus but not required
